Libro Broking Services (close corporation) commenced trading on the 18th July 1991 in short term Commercial, Domestic, Marine, Engineering, Liability, Aviation, Special Risks and Short Period Insurances.

The object of the company is to provide a professional and personal Broking service between client and insurer.

Mrs. R C D Everett (principal member) commenced her career in the short term insurance industry in 1965
and is an A.C.I.I. (Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute), membership was granted on the 3rd. of March 1975 and conversion to A.I.I.SA (Associate of the Insurance Institute of South Africa) was granted on 7th July 2004.

Libro Broking Services CC complies with the FAIS Act (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act) under Licence Number 3325 as promulgated by the Financial Services Board.

The majority of initial clients have remained with Libro Broking since formation of the company.

Libro own their offices in Ferndale, Randburg.

Libro Broking Services celebrates its 20th Anniversary in 2011.

Libro Broking are registered credit brokers covered by intermediary guarantee and have agency greements with the top insurers in South Africa and consequently have the ability to tailor packages to suit client’s requirements.

Libro Broking are covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Libro Broking Services cc comply with the Policy Holders Protection Rules as laid down by the Financial Services Board.
