Greg Scott, the new face in Etana Corporate, is no stranger to the Etana way of life. Having started in C&I in 2011, he quickly got into the swing of things and earned himself a place in the Etana Scenario Team, where he co-designed the Etana Insurance Scenarios. His depth of knowledge in economics and politics saw him take up a role as Market Intelligence Manager, and 2013 sees him move to Etana Corporate, where he will be operating as an underwriter and strategy co-ordinator for Africa and renewable energy business.

Explain what you do at Etana…

Anything and everything‼ On a serious note - I handle any strategic people projects that assist in ensuring that Etana is the Best place to work for. These include constantly reviewing our people policies and procedures and ensuring that they are the best in the market; assisting in driving our BEE and CSI agendas; leadership pipeline development and currently researching different ways to ensure that we have engaged Etanans that want to stay with us and are happy in their roles.

Cecilia Rossouw joined Etana Insurance on 1 December 2010, and works in the Pretoria branch’s underwriting team.
