In a recent interview in online publication The Actuary, Etanan Dalisu Dube demonstrates his passion for life and excellent analytical thinking. The interview also provides some interesting anecdotes that might never have been known – such as his choice of brain surgeon as an alternative career!

At Etana Insurance Dalisu is easily recognisable in his strikingly branded red Mini Cooper. He is an energetic figure who deals with the company’s motor policies.

Dalisu has been selected by fellow Etanans as chairperson of Etana’s employment equity committee. As the man at the helm of this committee, Dalisu will ensure that its strategic initiatives are carried out in a manner befitting an actuary – with a plan, plenty of calculations, a few adaptations, a final roll-out and ongoing monitoring.
