Munich Re teams up with Etana
Etana’s excellent reputation for training saw Munich Re risk management trainee Philani Mbatha join his Etana peers for a session with Etana risk surveyor, David Lubbe.
During their interactive session, David introduced Philani to Etana’s famed Advanced Risk Questionnaire (ARQ), and concentrated on the practical application of the SABS 0400 TT regulations (the South African Bureau of Standards’ Code of Practice for the application of the National Building Regulations) in relation to the ARQ. He also covered building regulations and other fire-related requirements.
Once armed with the theory, Philani accompanied David out into the field, to apply what he had learned in a practical survey at Growthpoint Properties’ Stormain building, a heavy duty vehicle repair centre.
